Workout Planner

Generate a balanced starting week from your schedule and equipment, then adapt it to your ability and recovery.

Interpret the estimate

How to use this result responsibly

The planner distributes broad movement patterns across available days. It cannot assess technique, pain, cardiovascular readiness, equipment condition, or the recovery cost of another sport or job.

Worked example

A three-day beginner plan is a starting outline. Replace painful or inaccessible movements, keep early sessions manageable, and progress one variable only after the current week is repeatable.

Important limitations

  • Generated exercise names are options rather than requirements.
  • The tool does not diagnose injury or determine medical readiness.
  • More days are not automatically better when sleep, stress, or recovery are limited.
