Source titles remain visible on articles even when visitor-facing outbound links are disabled.
Health content
Medical, disease-specific, supplement, injury, weight-management, and individualized nutrition claims receive additional scrutiny. Pages state important population limits, uncertainty, and situations requiring qualified care. Where appropriate review is unavailable, the content is deferred rather than presented with false authority.
Authors and review status
Fiteforms Editors is an organizational byline, not a claim that a named clinician reviewed a page. A named reviewer and qualification will appear only after identity, credentials, scope, conflicts, and the completed review are verified.

Updates and corrections
Substantive factual changes update the modified date and should carry a clear correction or revision note. Routine formatting changes do not receive artificial freshness, and historical event dates are not rewritten as current news.
